This major used-boat showcase is celebrating its 39th year in Aprilia Marittima (Latisana). Anyone looking to buy a boat—or replace their current one in time for spring 2026—should make their way to this major Used Boat Show near Lignano to find the best deal. Nautilia will take place over two weekends in late October (the 17th–19th and 23rd–25th) at the Aprilia shipyards.
Let’s start with the numbers, as they are significant: nearly 300 boats are expected for this 39th edition, ranging from large yachts of 15 meters and up to smaller vessels between 6 and 10 meters, representing dozens of different manufacturers. Major dealers and marine brokers from the Upper Adriatic will also be in attendance, creating a valuable opportunity for collaboration and for presenting new proposals to the organizers for the 2026 edition.
The event will also feature stands dedicated to nautical accessories, where visitors can find everything needed to outfit and customize their boats. It is a unique opportunity to get hands-on with the latest industry innovations, consult with experts, and find the boat of your dreams at competitive prices.
This year’s show promises to be even bigger and better than the last. It is unique in that the boats are displayed on land rather than in the water, allowing prospective buyers to thoroughly inspect the vessel’s condition—including the area below the waterline. Displaying boats on land greatly facilitates sales negotiations; examining the hull and propellers out of the water eliminates the cost of the "sea trial" typically required before signing a sales contract. With a touch of pride, event organizers Nicola Toso and Stefano Rettondini highlight the growing commercial maturity of the Nautilia Boat Show; this year, it will once again confirm its leading role, boasting an expanded range of offerings and attracting interest from both new and returning boat owners. The fair will therefore offer an opportunity not only to view beautiful boats but also to participate in cultural and environmental sustainability events held alongside the main exhibition.
Supported by the Regional Department for Productive Activities and Tourism and held under the patronage of the Municipality of Latisana, Nautilia also provides a platform to showcase the Latisana area and the entire Friulian Riviera—a region rich in unique landscapes, environmental features, archaeological sites, and history—while also highlighting the local food, wine, and agricultural traditions that are currently more popular than ever.
